My joy in finding new sources of knowledge on the internet to share must be a leftover gift from my grants proposal writing and application days.

It’s like saving quarters for the laundry machine long after you’ve moved out of an apartment or college. Can’t shake it but that’s because I’m not trying hard.

This featured site visit comes to you by way of a post seen on Problogger.net, the blog of Darren Rowse.

Vijay is the keeper of this blog and has listed some good information and posts of resources. He has started a post listing his favorite top notch marketers of the internet.

He considers these individuals to be among the top 10 "Make Money Online" Teachers.

Here’s part 1 of Vijay’s list:

  • John Chow: I have learnt a lot from his blog and follow his rumblings, it is very interesting to understand the clear thought process he has about his goals, and his ability to make it lively to read and enjoy. Every now and then John shares his knowledge. John Chow loves to be evil, but from my understanding he is very good human being and a teacher. • Seth Godin:Seth Godin just came out with a new book under his portfolio called The Dip. He is a great thinker and an agent of change, what I learned from is, his observations in day to day life and how they can be better.
  • Dharmesh Shaw: Dharmesh Shah is a software entrepreneur and currently the co-founder and CEO of HubSpot, a software company building a revolutionary software platform delivering a simple, integrated suite of applications for companies in the very small business (VSB) market. HubSpot is his third software startup. What I learned from him is way of sharing his expereince which makes total sense and has helped me in many situations.
  • Markus Frind: Markus Frind is CEO of http://www.plentyoffish.com an online dating site and not just another dating site, he is the top raking kahuna in this arena, it is not just the site (which he runs from his home!) but from his early days as an employee and the transformation into very successful entrepreneur, What I learned from is his passion and persistence, in his blog he mentions about forcing himself to code his site every day for 1 to 2 hr.

  • Guy Kawasaki: http://blog.guykawasaki.com
Guy Kawasakiis a teacher whose teachings and guidance needs no introduction, to be honest I am not qualified to comment on him, What I learned from is understanding and bringing best out of people.

  • Thanks Vijay for starting what I think is a great conversation.

Okay fellow bloggers, answer these 3 questions.

    1. Which money making guru or teacher has influenced you the most since being online?
    2. What helped you to move forward the most, and the fastest?
    3. What was the biggest lesson they taught you?

I’m listing my answers in a follow up post to this one. : - )

Who influenced you online? I would love for you all to post a comment and share your thoughts. Thanks.
