“What’s your current state of ‘being’ as another year races out?”

“If not now, when?”
“If not you, who?”

Are you caught up in another round of could have, should have, would haves? Were there goals you wanted to advance which got tossed aside again, waiting for someday? Which events, people or things did you sacrifice your mind, your time and your dreams for? Where did you put all of your unfulfilled hopes and desires for the year?

Ask yourself how long you’ve lived ruled by your mistakes of the past? What’s keeping you unmotivated and unmoving? When will be the right time for you to let go and walk boldly into your waiting future?

Your “someday” is right now! Those aren’t my original words but I firmly support the action idea they hold, no matter who said them first.

Another brand new year already and so may things remain unsettled. Too often asking the unanswerable question, “why?” It’s time to lay out a new action plan, and then light a fire under it. It’s often been stated that, “when life becomes more difficult where you are because of a refusal or inability to move, make the hard decisions, or to change…guess what? You will change.”

It’s hard, especially if your support system is lacking. Hard or not, if you’re ever getting unstuck to move forward, you’ve got to find the courage to take responsibility, and to make decisions for your life.

Success, money, inspiration and accomplishment all love speed. Just notice how quickly (or often) you see products, books or programs based on some idea you came up with years earlier. Thoughts are things…they travel. If you miss one or wait too long to act on one, someone else may get it and run.

Learn to strike fast, strike first while the iron’s hot.

This year, there will be no resolutions which force you to live in the near and distant future, distracting from the present.

This year, a celebration of a different sort is in order. The one of celebrating your own, “Incredible state of being!”

Looking at who you are, where you’ve grown and the inner fortitude it has taken to live your life — bumps, bruises and champagne celebrations included.
