Thanks to Greg, I've just learned of another interesting tool that I really like. It's called Searchme, and is a visual search engine.
When I tried it, I was amazed at all the useful sites it returned for me to take a look at. Remember, this is the Beta so there may still be a few bugs with it, but overall, I'm enjoying it a lot.
A smooth scroll bar lets you navigate between sites and the first pages give a pretty decent representation of the page content.
These are some of the images my first search revealed when I searched for "Success Chronicle." There were many other pages that the Searchme search engine thought might have related to success displayed, but I stopped counting at site number 91...

"Brick walls make us prove how badly we want things. They stop those who don't want it badly enough." ~Randy Pausch
Every time I see or hear Randy Pausch, I am filled with mixed emotions. He is such a phenomenal person! And although I marvel at his humanity and the legacy he is living, I am so deeply upset that his space on the planet will one day be physically empty.
Recently I was over at Joel Christopher's Master List Building site and he had this video there. How can a person with so little time live larger, better and share more about living life fully than most of us?
During the lecture, Randy shows a photo of himself as the "child dreamer," and you can still sense this in him as an adult. His incredible strength as he faces the future with the same boyish wonder, has not only made him a hero to me, but to millions of others around the world as well.
At one point, Randy mentions a professor who had "Dutch Uncled" him. It feels like he has found a way to return the favor by presenting this life altering message to a starving world.
Randy Pausch inspires me to be a better person. Using my life and talents to make a difference in the world on a massive scale is one of my dreams. I hope you too, will be uplifted to make a difference in someone's life today.

Have you noticed lately that a lot of people are looking for something else to do in life? I'm talking about Physicians or Lawyers who have become Musicians, Teachers who return to school to become Caterers or Florists.
This isn't a new trend, I think because much of the stigma has been removed from mid-life, or mid-career switching, people feel more empowered to change.
I was reading a review of a book called "Doing Work You Love" recently, by Cheryl Gilman that discussed similar topics.
According to Gilman, a key question was how to first learn what your naturally developed talent(s) were, then once discovered, how did you know best where to use them in the work environment.
Gilman also favors instructing young people on how to find their own unique paths in life. What a lot of wasted time that would save, if we all learned to listen to the ebbs and flows of our own body rhythms early on in life.
This is an excellent book that can really help others struggling to live and work in a fast paced world, but who seek the serenity of a much calmer lifestyle.
Tools are provided to help you really discover what it is you love, and there is guidance for all, whether you're currently employed, out of work, or unhappily employed.
You owe it to yourself to take charge of your life and live it to the fullest. To read more about the book yourself, you might want to take a look below.

You may not think you can see a difference in just 10 - 15 minute segments of motivation and strategy per day, but over time, you will achieve results.
World class experts are presented to you daily through these free video resources. Get results like you've never seen before.
Les Brown has made his fortune in the motivational speaking arena, hosted his own nationally syndicated talk show and impacted the life of millions around the world.
Valuable advice from his is really start to think about something that's real and important to you, or in your life. He says many fall short because they pick a dream and assume they can do it, but they don't really believe they can.
Les Brown's advice is, "Don't assume you can do it. The mental leap may be too far for you to psych yourself out into believing it. Say instead, some thing or objective that enables you to maintain integrity with yourself."
He encourages you to look always for ways to win, asking what is some idea you want to move on but lack the money, the family support, the talent or the resources for?
What's one of those those goals or dreams?
Repeat to yourself, "It's possible. Say this daily when you look at your dreams. Daily. It begins to change your belief system. The result is a manifestation of what you believe, a duplication, a reproduction of that which you believe subconsciously you are worthy of.
The idea is to operate out of a larger vision for yourself. Operate out of your imagination which is where dreams are manifested not out of your memory which is built on life experiences. Most of us are products of what has happened before, stuck living out of our past experiences. When something happens, overwhelmingly, most people will believe that's the way the situation has always has been, and the way it will always be.
Les Brown stated that many years ago, the universal belief was that man was not capable of running a mile in less than 4 minutes. It had never been done until Roger Banister came along to break the belief barrier. Over 20,000 people have achieved this goal since that time. What changed? The change is that all of these more recent achievers knew the barrier had been broken. It had been done before so a new belief about this "unreachable" goal was created. It was possible.
If you know someone who had a dream, desired a goal, developed a belief in a dream and made it become a reality, then it is possible for you too. If they can do it, you can do it. Tell yourself, "I'm blessed and highly favored. I can bring my greatness out into the universe, travel around the world, reinvent my life, it's possible, regardless of where I am, it's possible, I can create my own book, live the life I dream about, buy a new car, have the world class lifestyle I want."
Use this whenever you come face to face with rejection, challenges, or disappointment. Never give up... never give up. Put all that you have into the dream or goal that you are looking to achieve.
Eye sight versus mind sightEye sight is making a decision and judging by what you can see. Mind sight is seeing things develop inside your mind. You experience the feeling that in spite of how bad things might be, despite the current news being reported, it's possible that somebody somewhere can help you reach your goals."
Be inspired. Motivate someone else. Begin your own journey to incredible success!
