What is it that makes life feel full of purpose and meaning? Is it self-directed, or is life already planned out for us at birth by some higher source as many believe?

Living Out Loud The sentiments in this video are inspiring (I would have used a different musical selection but it’s still good to watch.) Read the rest of this entry »

    Which Path Is Choosing Me?

Today I feel pulled in too many directions. A few days ago after a discussion with another business owner, I was looking at where I was in my life, what I was willing to commit for the lifestyle I want to attract, and wondering if I would recognize “the one” opportunity or direction when it appeared.

      Listening To Your Inner Voice

What would life be like if you were a tender aged 19, and just won the $35 million Powerball lottery? One young man who listened to the “voice” in his head, is finding that out. I just thought I would share his story with you as an encouragement to the power of our thoughts, when mixed with action. Read the rest of this entry »

        “The Science of Success” Review

“What would you dare to achieve if you knew you absolutely could not fail?” I’m sure that question has come across your view as often as it has my own. Would you finally move into your dream home? Return to school? Fall off the global map for a year to travel?

It’s interesting to consider for sure, but fear is the great immobilizer isn’t it? Even if you know all of the universal principles out there, they won’t work if you can’t get pass this action-blocker in your mind.

One proposed method for overcoming this challenge is presented by James Ray, international speaker and author. He calls this method “The Science of Success.”

What I really like about the program is the clear roadmap presented that helps you examine every aspect of your life, thereby making changes last on a deeper level.

Wealthy or more successful people aren’t any smarter than you or I. They just have a better system to follow. They’re so good at it that their actions reach down into their subconscious to continually work for them. They’ve obtained what Ray considers, “Harmonic Wealth” status. Basically the integration of mind, body and spirit balance.

For example, if you have a terrible relationship, does it matter how smart you are? If you have all the wealth you could imagine, but are too ill to enjoy it, does it matter?

I like the clear way James Ray takes you through various growth steps with his “owner’s manual” for life. “The Science of Success” is a great transformational product and is highly recommended.

When “educators” feel a study is needed to determine if bullying is wrong, and are now actively studying early sexual activity as a deterrent to teen delinquency, I feel our society is sometimes going to heck in the proverbial hand basket.”We got a very surprising finding, particularly that early sex seems to forecast less antisocial behavior a few years later, rather than more,” lead researcher Kathryn Paige Harden, a Ph.D. candidate in clinical psychology at the University of Virginia, said in a prepared statement.
