Does it frighten you to think about life outside your comfort zones? It probably does because living life “outside the box” can be really intimidating, especially if you don’t handle change well.

How do you know if you are resistant to change? Think about the last new thing you did, or had to do and how you reacted to it. It could be as simple as someone changing the furniture around suddenly on you, or having to move to a new job location. Change can be difficult, but it’s not impossible. In the words of a great motivational speaker, “Do the thing that’s hard…once and then you’ll never be afraid of it again.”
