One of the best things I’ve done for my business, my family and my financial independence in 2007 was to become a community forum member of 6M Profit Method, and to renew the art of gratefulness that’s encouraged there.

Lisa Diane, the wonderful co-creator of this proven 6M system, shares her story of overcoming seemingly insurmountable odds, including the loss of her profitable business, the re-possession of her car and having to provide a stable life for her family despite the challenges.

In the “community” as we like to call it, it’s truly refreshing to read the stories of how lives are being changed, how mindsets are forming and becoming stronger as everyone focuses on the positives and what they are thankful for in life.

Our world has become so chaotic, the act of being grateful is easy to overlook sometimes.

There’s always the potential for “the glass is half empty or full” depending on how your nature is. It’s a lot more pleasant to be happy and hopeful than the alternative, but it’s not so easy when your world appears to be unraveling.

So, what can you do to boost your gratitude factor?

Even the most cynical can find something to be thankful for if they make the decision to do so. There it is again…mindset.

Remember the biblical verse, “As a man thinketh, so is he?”

Think about these for starters:

-Visit an elderly relative you care about
-Play outside with your children
-Think about the loved ones in your life
-Make a list of what you love about others
-Make a list of those who love you
-Read inspirational books or listen to CD’s
-Tune in to your thoughts often and shift perspectives
-Meditate on all you wish to bring into your life
-Try to re-frame events etc. to see the positives
-Create the habit of listing at least 10 daily gratitudes
